A Bit About Me
Cllr. Jallah is a seasoned legal professional and public servant with over two decades of experience in both civil and criminal law, public policy, and institution-building in Liberia. Admitted as an Attorney-At-Law in 1994 and to the Supreme Court Bar in 2006, he has served in pivotal roles, including Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Counselor at the Central Bank of Liberia (2010–2022) and Deputy Minister of Justice (2004–2009). Notably, Cllr. Jallah was instrumental in establishing the Drug Enforcement Agency of Liberia, serving as its first Director from 1996 to 2001, and has advised on critical legislation, such as the Decent Work Bill, which is now law.
An educator at heart, he has also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Liberia. As a senator, Cllr. Jallah has championed reconciliation, youth empowerment, religious pluralism, and infrastructure development, with a focus on reestablishing values and institutions in Lofa County. With academic credentials in Political Science, Economics, and Law, he is well-versed in drafting legal frameworks and supporting justice initiatives.

Immigration Administrator (Chief of Security) with over twenty years in public service including serving as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant of the University of Liberia. Worked with the government to establish the Drug Enforcement Agency in Liberia and became its first Director. Served as consultant on the Decent Work Bill of Liberia now passed into law by the National Legislature.
